I made these cupcakes to tease my friend you know who you are (a).. i call it chocolate revenge!
I first woke up in the morning ready to start baking my orders and BOOM! The electricity turns off -.-. I waitied and waited and waiiiiiiiiiiteed till it finally turned on again so i can finally start baking. There was also something fishy with my butter it was kept out for hours so it would soften and well it wasnt getting any softer! so i had to use a mixer to get it softer and to a lower tempreture. But in the end it everything ran smoothly.
yuupp thats my "too much chocolate cupcake" the frosting is nutella chocolate buttercream so you get a little hazelnut flavour to it. The cupcake next to it is covered in chocolate cake crumbs <3
i just love how this cuppy turned out!!
Last but not least i filled these lil babies up with gooey chocolate, now you know why its called "too much chocolate cupcakes" the one next to it is topped off with a chocolate dipped strawberry talked about YUMM!
